CUSTOM MADE:
All orders are custom made to your specifications.
For the most part we do not second guess online
orders unless we see something unusual. Please
check your order before placing it. We will not
be held responsible for orders placed in error.
PRODUCTION TIMES:
Quoted production times on this website are not
absolute and your order may start production immediately
upon receipt - or - it may go longer than anticipated
due to circumstances beyond our control such as
equipment breakdown and labor disputes.
CANCELLATION:
No cancellations will be accepted if production
has begun. It is your responsibility to be certain
that the product you order is correct and needed
the way you placed it. A confirmation letter will
be sent to you. Please be sure it is correct and
notify us immediately if it isn't.
EMAIL & SPAM BLOCKERS:
We will not be responsible for email that you
didn't receive for any reason. This includes but
is not limited to confirmation emails. It is your
responsibility to provide an email address that
is not blocked and to add our email address to
your list of approved emails. If you do not get
an email within a reasonable time you should call
us at the number provided on this site. The fact
that you didn't receive an email for any reason
does not negate your responsibility to pay for
product ordered.
SHORTAGES:
We go to great lengths to make sure that everything
you order is included in your shipment. The packing
department keep photographic records of each order
in several stages of the packing process. If a
shortage is reported we will research the photographs
and send you copies. All shortages must be reported
immediately upon receipt. We will not be responsible
for shortages reported 7 or more days after receipt.
FAULTY
WORKMANSHIP:
Contact us for an RMA number and describe the
problem. If you have a digital camera, take pictures
of the faults and send them to us via e-mail.
This will greatly speed up the process and may
avoid your returning the product for inspection.
We will replace any product found to be less than
our normal high standards of quality. All our
products are guaranteed free from defects for
the life of the sign.
POLISHED
METALS:
There are wide and varying claims as to the degree
of polishing that any metal can attain. Polishing
of metals are done by hand buffing on a wheel.
It is often quite dangerous for the operator,
hence the cost and the requirements for stud mounts.
The standard claim of #8 Mirror finish can vary
widely even amongst the machining world. However,
suffice to say that polished surfaces are never
Completely blemish free on close inspection. Some
minor buffing lines only show under certain lighting
conditions. It is never as highly reflective as
plated metals such as chrome, nor is it a blemish
free mirror. The application of clear coats to
polished metals for exterior protection will also
degrade from the overall appearance. Polished
anodized metals also reduce the reflective surface
of polished metals. This type of problem is not
considered faulty workmanship.
ACCEPTABLE RETURNS:
Not withstanding the above
and as a service to you, we will issue you a credit
of 50% of the original order amount for any products
that you wish to return for reasons of items ordered
that you cannot use or that you made a mistake
ordering the correct material, finish, font or
size. This offer excludes non refundable items
such as art charges, crating, shipping, paint
matching fees and patterns. This credit can be
applied toward a replacement product or on future
orders up to 1 year from the date of the original
purchase. Alternately, you can opt for a cash
refund of 30% of the original order value.
Please call for an RMA (Return Material Authorization)
number. You pay the freight for this return, and
it only applies to orders under $1000 Net, and
only for actual product returned. For orders over
$1000, we will have to determine a credit based
on the product type and dollar value.
All returned product
must be no older than 30 days since delivery to
you and must not have been mounted or used in
any way.
Failure to abide by the policy
laid out above renders you responsible for the
full cost of the order. We no longer accept changes/cancellations
via email.
